A Day Without Gays

This is a serious event evolving gay and straight people alike.
It is a strike standing for constitutional rights not sexual choice.

The strike is scheduled for Dec 10th, 2008.
Those who support gay rights will not stimulate the economy in any way on Dec. 10th.
Including; not going to work and not purchasing any items for a 24 hour period.

The name was inspired by the film A DAY WITHOUT A MEXICAN and the nationwide strike in 2006 called A DAY WITHOUT IMMIGRANTS that protested against proposed immigration laws.

Let’s see what difference we can make this year.
