WordCamp LA Volunteers

I am looking for volunteers to help out at WordCamp in a couple weeks.

Here is the break down,
Shift One
7am-9am
I need two other people to arrive no later than 7am on the 12th.
This person will be working with a volunteer from In Motion Hosting and myself. We will be setting up tables, swag, refreshments and registering until 9am.

Shift Two
9am-11am
Shift Filled

Shift Three
11am-1pm
I need one person willing to be at the registration table for two hours.

Shift Four
1pm-3pm
I need one last volunteer to start packing up what is left of the swag and breaking down the tables. We will accept registrants until 3. At 3pm I will come help with the remainder of the packing and putting the tables away.

Speaker Coordinator
As of right now there are only three speakers in the second room. However I need someone who is willing to hang out in that room and introduce speakers.
The speakers are scheduled from 10-12 and then again at 1:30.

Video
Anyone willing to help video threw out day in one or both rooms.

I know some of you already purchased tickets, so we can work around so scheduling conflicts if there is someone you really want to see speak.

    I literally just heard of this event a matter of hours ago on Twitter. I follow DigitalLA. I want to volunteer. So I left a message on the event page and an Austin Passy sent me to you via a link. Hopefully, I’m not tooo late. I can introduce speakers or shoot which I do professionally anyway. Should you require a resume or anything please let me know.
