Brussels Sprouts with Spicy Ranch Sauce
Brussels sprouts have long been one of my favorite vegetables but I am always on the look out for new ways to enjoy them. I stumbled across an amazing recipe from the Minimalist Baker, one of my favorite recipe sites. I made a few changes and came up with brussels sprouts with spicy ranch sauce.

Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Brussels sprouts-rinsed and dried
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil-softened
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 5 Garlic cloves- minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
- Ranch dip mix-dry packet
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Step 1-brussels sprouts-preheat a large skillet over medium heat
Step 2-cut large brussels sprouts in half
Step 3-in a large mixing bowl combine the following ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Brussels sprouts
Step 4-add coconut oil to hot pan and add brussels sprouts
Step 5-cover and cook the brussels sprouts for 2 minutes on each side
Step 6-place cooked brussels sprouts back into mixing bowl and top with garlic
Step 7-spicy ranch sauce-combine the following in a small mixing bowl:
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 Ranch dip mix
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
