Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower
This recipe is super easy and delicious. It can be served as an appetizer with ranch dipping sauce during a big game or for dinner over quinoa. Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower will soon be a favorite in your house!
Ingredients:
- 1 head Cauliflower-chopped
- 1 cup Rice flour
- ¼ tsp Garlic power
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup hot sauce-I used Sriracha
- 1/2 cup Vegan mayo (optional)
- 1/2 packet of Ranch dip (optional)
- 1 cup Quinoa (optional)
- 16 oz Black beans (optional)
Step 1- Preheat oven to 450.
Step 2- In a medium mixing bowl combine the following ingredients:
- Flower
- Water
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Hot sauce
Whisk to until smooth.
Step 3- Add the cauliflower to the flour mixture, ensure each piece of cauliflower is covered.
Step 4- Grease a baking sheet, I used a Pyrex dish. Place cauliflower in baking dish and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5- Combine Vegan mayo and ranch packet. Stir until the powder is complete mixed into the mayo.
Step 6- *Optional- prepare quinoa according to the package, usually 8-10 minutes in boiling water.
Step 7- Combine quinoa and black beans in large mixing bowl.
Step 8- Add the leftover buffalo cauliflower to the quinoa and black beans.
