::Cafe Latte Smoothie::

A good smoothie recipe is difficult to find and master, especially if you’re trying a new flavor. I have been playing with a couple of cafe latte recipes and this one is delicious!

Here’s my go to cafe latte smoothie


  • Handful of ice
  • 3 ounces of coconut water
  • 1 ounce of coffee
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1 scoop Whole Blend plant based Vanilla Chai
  • 1 scoop Whole Blend plant based Chocolate
  • 1/2 scoop fiber
  • 1/2 scoop heart health
