::Cafe Latte Smoothie::

A good smoothie recipe is difficult to find and master, especially if you’re trying a new flavor. Recently Beachbody released two new vegan flavors, vanilla and cafe latte. While the vanilla is great, I am sticking with my Vega vanilla protein. However, I have been playing with a couple of cafe latte recipes and this one takes the cake!

Here’s my go to cafe latte smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • Handful of ice
  • 3 ounces of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 scoop Vega vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop Cafe latte
  • 1/2 scoop focused energy
  • 1/2 scoop digestive health

Blend and enjoy!
