Cafe Latte Smoothie
A good smoothie recipe is difficult to find and master, especially if you’re trying a new flavor. I have been playing with a couple of cafe latte recipes and this one is delicious!
Here’s my go to cafe latte smoothie
Ingredients:
- Handful of ice
- 3 ounces of coconut water
- 1 ounce of coffee
- 1 banana (optional)
- 1 scoop Whole Blend plant based Vanilla Chai
- 1 scoop Whole Blend plant based Chocolate
- 1/2 scoop fiber
- 1/2 scoop heart health
