Full Body HIIT Workout
Are you ready for a full body HIIT (at home) workout?
It’s almost summer AND quarantine is coming to an end; let’s start developing healthy habits so we integrate back into society with a little less stress. 😊
- 20 mountain climbers (each leg)
- 20 squat jumps
- 20 high knees (each leg)
- 20 burpees
- 30 second plant
- Repeat 3-5 times
