Quick π Workout
I know we’re all (currently) safe at home and some of us are probably going a little stir crazy. Below you’ll find a quick π workout. You’ll get your heart pumping, blood flowing, and improve your mood.

- 100 High knees
- 90 Jumping jacks
- 80 Sumo squats
- 70 Narrow squats
- 60 Glute bridges
- 50 Leg raises
- 40 Squats with a pulse
- 30 Lunges
- 20 Curtsey lunges
- 10 Regular squats
