  • 90 Jumping jacks
  • 80 Sumo squats
  • 70 Narrow squats
  • 60 Glute bridges
  • 50 Leg raises
  • 40 Squats with a pulse
  • 30 Lunges
  • 20 Curtsey lunges
  • 10 Regular squats
