Youthful Aging
Youthful aging, aka aging in reverse, + it feels so good.💁🏼♀️
Honestly, in my twenties I dreaded getting older.
I remember:
- Brain fog.
- Weight gain.
- Sleepless nights.
- Dull + acne prone skin.
In 2012 I truly believed it was all down hill.
In full transparency, until November 2017 it was.
When I was introduced to Isagenix I desperately wanted to sleep more than 4 hours a night. (I wasn’t even considering youthful aging, I was trying to survive 50+ hour work weeks.)
I wanted my body to look like I spent some time in the gym; even if it didn’t reflect the hours of work (aka torture) I put in each week.
I wanted to feel as though my body reflected the (lack of) calories I obsessed over + all the fries I passed up.
I longed to feel confident + love my body rather than settling for “how life is”.
I gained so much more than I ever thought possible.
I feel better now than I did in my twenties.
I don’t have brain fog + sleep through the night (7-8 hours).
I eat when I’m hungry, always get a side of fries, + move my body from a place of love.
I don’t have to worry about looking well rested with clear skin. It just happens because I choose to fuel my body with pure nutrition.
This nutrition is a lifesaver.
That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it.
Sis, stop settling; life is too short.
