It’s Leg Day Tuesday! 🤣 I’m not sure if that’s a real thing, but it is today. Here’s a great Leg Day Home Workout!

Grab your dumbbells & head to an area you have a step (make sure its study), if you don’t have a step no worries just skip the step up portion.

  • Step up to reverse lunge 10 (each leg)
  • Leg lifts 10
  • Curtsey lunge 10 (each leg)
  • Standard squats 10
  • Leg lifts 10
  • Sumo squats 10
  • Leg lifts 10
  • Single leg deadlift 10 (each leg)
  • Leg lifts 10

Repeat 2-3x

Remember to squeeze your 🍑, make the movements slow + controlled. Its all about form while activating the correct muscle(s).
