Stick With Your Routine

I know motivation isn’t easy to come by this time of year; I encourage you to Stick With Your Routine, as difficult as it may be.

In full transparency all I wanted to lay in bed with my fur-babies and watch TV (most of) the day. 

I know being lazy won’t help me reach my goals, but if I stick with my routine I’ll be a little closer than I was yesterday.

So I got out of bed. Went for a (cold) walk, washed my car, and planned a SoulCycle double on my home bike.

A gentle reminder friend, movement is medicine. If you’re feeling lethargic and unmotivated take a walk, clean your house (or car).  

PS: A new day calls for a new (pink) athleisure outfit.
