✨Only look back to see how far you’ve come.✨
At times I like to reflect on how far I’ve come. I find it useful to stay committed to my goals and remind myself why I do what I do.

Three and a half years ago I said yes to putting my health first. Its been 1,000+ days of consuming life changing nutrition with no end in sight. 

I use to…
Be uncomfortable in my skin, lack results from hours in the gym.
Be reliant on caffeine, in constant need of naps.
Suffer from constant brain fog and skin issues.
Count calories and restrict my favorite foods.

Now I…
Am confident, less bloated, and spend less time working out.
Consume caffeine occasionally and wake up before my alarm.
Think clearly throughout the day and have clear, glowing skin.
Don’t count calories, macros, or restrict my food intake.

This morning I realized (again) that it is possible to age youthfully.😊
