Bodyweight Challenge Week 1
As I previously noted, I’m starting the November Bodyweight Challenge– today is Day 1 below you’ll find the moves for Week 1!

Bodyweight Challenge Day 1
- 30 seconds jumping jacks
- 30 seconds squats
- 30 seconds high plank
- 4 rounds
- 30-45 seconds rest between rounds
Bodyweight Challenge Day 2
- 30 seconds (knee) push-ups
- 30 seconds forward lunge
- 30 seconds mountain climbers
- 5 rounds
- 30-45 seconds rest between rounds
Bodyweight Challenge Day 3
- 30 seconds high knees
- 30 seconds inchworms
- 30 seconds jump squats
- 4 rounds
- 30-45 seconds rest between rounds
