Bodyweight Challenge Week 1

As I previously noted, I’m starting the November Bodyweight Challenge– today is Day 1 below you’ll find the moves for Week 1!

Be sure to take it at your own pace and let me know how your first day goes! Week 2 will be posted on Monday, November 15.

Bodyweight Challenge Day 1

  • 30 seconds jumping jacks
  • 30 seconds squats
  • 30 seconds high plank
  • 4 rounds
  • 30-45 seconds rest between rounds

Bodyweight Challenge Day 2

  • 30 seconds (knee) push-ups
  • 30 seconds forward lunge
  • 30 seconds mountain climbers
  • 5 rounds
  • 30-45 seconds rest between rounds

Bodyweight Challenge Day 3

  • 30 seconds high knees
  • 30 seconds inchworms
  • 30 seconds jump squats
  • 4 rounds
  • 30-45 seconds rest between rounds
