I can’t believe its already the end of the November Bodyweight Challenge– Week 4!

Below you’ll find the moves/rounds for our last week- let me know how this challenge has been for you! I hope you all feel stronger with a some better habits as we head into the heart of the holiday season.

Bodyweight Challenge Day 1

  • 30 seconds glute bridge
  • 30 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
  • 30 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
  • 30 seconds v-ups
  • 4 rounds
  • 30-45 seconds rest between rounds

Bodyweight Challenge Day 2

  • 45 seconds glute bridge
  • 45 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
  • 45 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
  • 45 seconds v-ups
  • 4 rounds
  • 30-45 seconds rest between rounds

Bodyweight Challenge Day 3

  • 60 seconds glute bridge
  • 60 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
  • 60 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
  • 60 seconds v-ups
  • 5 rounds
