I can’t believe its already the end of the November Bodyweight Challenge– Week 4!

Bodyweight Challenge Day 1
- 30 seconds glute bridge
- 30 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
- 30 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
- 30 seconds v-ups
- 4 rounds
- 30-45 seconds rest between rounds
Bodyweight Challenge Day 2
- 45 seconds glute bridge
- 45 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
- 45 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
- 45 seconds v-ups
- 4 rounds
- 30-45 seconds rest between rounds

- 60 seconds glute bridge
- 60 seconds one leg squat(left leg)
- 60 seconds one leg squat (right leg)
- 60 seconds v-ups
- 5 rounds
