Vegan Chocolate Covered Protein Bars
I have recreated the easiest and most delicious no bake bars. These vegan chocolate covered protein bars seriously taste like a candy bar. 🤤
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1/2 cup choice of nut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein, I used Isagenix plant based IsaPro
- 4 cups puffed rice cereal, I used Trader Joe’s brand
- 4 oz vegan chocolate (optional), I used Isagenix
Instructions:
- Start melting chocolate*
- Warm nut butter so it blends easily
- Mix agave and nut butter in large bowl
- Add protein, mix well
- Add puffed rice cereal
- Place puffed rice mixture in pyrex dish lined with waxed paper
- Top with chocolate (optional)
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Cut and serve
*I didn’t know how to melt chocolate, so I’ll share with you. Bring water to a boil then place heat safe bowl containing chocolate on top. Stir frequently.
If you decide to skip the chocolate, these become a quick one dish snack.
