I have been tracking my sleep for the past few months, here are three quick tips to improve your sleep!
I solved my issue with waking up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep; but, recently there were days I would feel rested and others I would feel as though I barely slept.
These quick & easy tips took my deep sleep from an average of 54 minutes a night to almost 2 hours per night.
- Put your phone in do not disturb one hour before you want to fall asleep.
- Your evening and morning routines should be the same most days (e.g., same time, same drink, ect.).
- Leave your phone in another room when you go to sleep.
- Pro tip: If you use an iPhone as an alarm and have an Apple Watch set up sleep to wake you up.
