Waiting

A little life update, recently I have been working on my 2025 goals instead of waiting.

I use to believe the hype of the new year and setting big goals but waiting to actually get to work. I have come to realize the more I highlight the new year (new week, new month, etc.) the more control I give away; and, the easier it is for me to make excuses.

I have learned it’s okay to start:

  • Today.
  • At 5 pm.
  • On Tuesday.

When it comes to goals, there is nothing magical about a new day, week, month, or year if I fail to change my habits and mindset.

I hope you take to focus on what you want to achieve in the upcoming year; more importantly, I hope you realize the magic is not in waiting. 🩷J
