The Wholehearted Project is a community of likeminded individuals who are ready to transform their lives: physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Physically: We will focus on developing (or strengthening) a workout regimen to help each of us feel great in our skin. This includes accountability, plant based grocery shopping lists, meal plans, and (quick) recipes.
Emotionally: We will read a book (and articles) for personal development. To help us understand why we haven’t achieved our goals and set a plan to achieve more than we imagined. We will focus on daily meditation, mantras, quotes, and personal stories to stay strong on this journey, together.
Mentally: I will share tips & tricks to keep us organized and on track throughout the day. Maximizing our workday will lead to additional friend/family/personal time to be enjoyed stress free!
Our goal is to STOP feeling sorry for ourselves, to STOP putting our goals off, and to stop letting disorganization run our workday.
Its time to take control of our lives and start LIVING!
