Read Labels
This realization hurts- I did not read labels enough.
Recently, I have noticed my body holding on to inflammation, despite 4-5 (intense) workouts a week I was not seeing a difference.
I did a deep dive into some of my favorite products to discover seed oils and stevia (both cause inflammation).
I feel a little stupid because I constantly read labels in the grocery store but there are a couple of online brands I have on subscription and had not thought to check the labels (after repackaging). 🤦🏼♀️
Now, I am rethinking brand partnerships because it is clear some companies no longer align with a healthy lifestyle, so you may see some changes in what I share moving forward.
This is your reminder to read labels– even if you love the brand and/or have previously purchased the item(s). 🩷J
