Crazy 8 Leg Workout
Because we are all on quarantine I thought now would be the perfect time to share more home appropriate (body weight) workouts with you all. Crazy 8 leg workout comin’ at ya!
Right leg:
- 8 lunges
- 8 knee ups
- 8 curtsey lunges
- 8 curtsey lunges with knee ups
- 8 lunge pulses
- 8 second lunge hold
- 8 step ups to lunge (if you have a study surface)
Left leg:
- 8 lunges
- 8 knee ups
- 8 curtsey lunges
- 8 curtsey lunges with knee ups
- 8 lunge pulses
- 8 second lunge hold
- 8 step ups to lunge (is you have a study surface)
Both legs:
- 8 sumo squats
- 8 jump squats
- 8 second squat hold
- Repeat 8x
Abs:
- 8 right leg raises
- 8 left leg raises
- 8 reverse crunches
- 8 v-ups
- 8 bicycles (each leg)
- Repeat 8x
If you have weights and want more of a challenge feel free to use them. Only do the step up if you have a workout bench or stair that is study enough to support your weight.
Have fun, this workout is supposed to make you sweat and make you smile. 😰
