I have been having a lot of conversations with young professionals and one thing has been incredibly clear; regardless of profession or education level we were never taught about residual aka passive income (in school).

It’s not just something in the movies or strictly for the wealthy; it’s for everyone who is willing to learn a new skill.

There is such a difference between a one time payout (e.g., traditional jobs, most affiliate marketing, contact work, etc.) vs residual income (e.g., real estate investments, owning a business, royalties, etc.).
