Time to Reset

Full transparency: I’ve been doing a little (unintentional) bulking this past month. I have been feeling its time to reset for a while, but I kept putting it off.

I was waiting for the new lockdown to go into effect in California, or at least that’s what I told myself.

When I say I understand the feeling of floating, waiting for the world to settle down, I truly mean it.

I have been half ass-ing my workouts, nutrition, business, and research.

I’ve been putting things on the back burner…yikes.

So, I’m going to walk the talk (is that the right expression? 🤣). I’m starting a 21-day reset (not a diet) on Thursday; if you’re ready I would love to link arms with you.💖
