One of the most challenging aspects of being a fitness professional is learning I can’t force you to take care of your body nor can I convince you health is wealth; you’ll have to discover that on your own.
Honestly, (now) I have no interest in trying.
I simply want to remind you how amazing your body is designed to feel.
You’re body is designed to:
- sleep through the night.
- play with your kids and grandkids.
- enjoy pizza and wine without bloating.
- wake up every morning with energy for the day.
- move your body everyday without aches and pain.
