Movement is Medicine

I’m feeling all the things this week. It’s compounded by the realization that when I feel overwhelmed emotionally my physical self care is the first to go. I really wanted to lay in bed today or skip my workout (like I did Monday) at the very least.

But I didn’t. 

I did a home ride, a little moving meditation.

Although it was difficult to focus I gave myself grace, because it’s not about perfection.

I feel recharged, less stressed, more focused on positive aspects of life.

So here’s a little reminder, feel all the things but continue to move forward (towards your goals) because being stuck serves no one.

Movement is medicine.
